STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I took some responsibility as I did not do my home work on this company, my gas range was not working so I contacted the company I was quoted $80.00 for diagnostic when the tech arrived he told me $280.00 which I agreed to then he told me he has to ordered a part which I also agreed to
I was told the part would be $800.00
and I was given the option to pay in 2 installments (half when the part was order and the other half upon installation).. The day of installation
the tech held onto the oven door to pull the stove out to work on it apparently
the door got broken from the hinges
I did not notice until he left I immediately called the office and left a voice message ( as it was Friday evening after 5:00 PM) I called back the Monday after the week end I was told they would send a tech out to fixed it at no charge to me.. Tech came out 2 days later and denied it was him that broke the door and want to charge me $500.00 to fix it.. I refused then they went down to $300.00 I also refused to pay any thing that company I am left with a broken oven door as Appliance Repair Guys and their technician refused to be honest and take responsibility for damaging my property
I will be contacting the Netter Business Bureau and Consumer SOS
