It started off well. Mike came and quoted for the small job. Then we had 3 young men, 2 with their first week on the job. They were nice and certainly friendly. They were a bit disorganized, but all in all they did a decent job, even though I had to pay extra for the time. I was certainly OK with that.
The only issue was a mirrored dresser which I asked for them to be especially careful. As you can guess it broke in two places ( value $1100). I was upset but the leader said that Mike had a glass gut that can fix it. so no worries I called Mike. Move May 1; May 9, he said he was waiting for dimensions, I sent pictures, I sent dimensions. I have texted him almost daily, and even asked for the name of his glass person, to eliminate further delays, apparently he is busy ( apparently I am not). Yesterday he offered $70. It is sad and frustrating. Not so much that they broke it but the after service was pretty bad.
I will gladly change the review if I get the dresser fixed as originally promised. ( I have kept all of the messages on file if you would like to review).
Nice charismatic guy, for sure. But if something goes wrong you might be on your own, too bad.
