Robert contacted us right away to set up an appointment to provide a quote. We had additional questions regarding the way our vent system was set up and he offered a number of helpful suggestions and tips; we really appreciated it. We scheduled a time to complete the dryer vent cleaning; Robert was courteous, efficient, and left our place clean. There were no traces of lint/debris in our dryer vent; it was like brand new! We'll be calling Robert next year for his services and will recommend Freeflo Ventilation to any of our family and friends.
