Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning

We were left hi and dry by a Furnace Cleaning Co. as when they finished the cleaning they couldn’t get the furnace running again. Told us it was up to us to phone a heating company. We contacted Harmony who had a technician out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately he was not able to get the furnace working due to complications from the cleaning company and because of the age of our furnace didn’t think it was worth fixing. By now it Friday night approximately 9:30 p.m. and he contacted Anthony to come and bring us some space heaters as it was a very cold night, and to scope out the situation. He concurred with his tech’s findings so he gave us a quote on a Furnace best suited to our needs. He did not seem the least upset to be going through all this with us at what was now 11:30. He contacted us Monday morning to say his crew would be there first thing Tuesday morning. Well they arrived on time, were very professional, efficient, friendly and lastly cleaned up after themselves. We actually enjoyed our installation day as they made it all so easy. Thank you to everyone at Harmony Heating who helped make an incredibly frustrating situation into something that gave us back our trust in contractors and also to see that customer service does exist.
