Mark and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience having them replace our flat and sloped roof as while as eaves and downspouts. From the very beginning communication was awesome. Mark showed up when he said he would, gave a detailed quote and the cost for the project was priced well (slightly less expensive than other quotes I received). I was kept in the loop as to when they would be able to get started on the project (we booked 3 weeks before they were able to start). They had a large crew arrive to do the work fast as the winter weather was coming quickly (roof was replaced in early-mid December). They basically did all of the work in one day which was incredible. Just had to come back to do a few final things when the weather was better. They cleaned up SO WELL after they were done the job. I would 100% recommend them if you need to have your roof replaced!

From our initial contact with Coverall, George was very prompt and timely in his communications with us. When his team arrived, they were professional, courteous and worked efficiently to get the job completed despite the cold conditions that day. On completion, the job site was cleaned and as they found it. Overall, we were pleased with the work, our experience with George and his team and would use Coverall again.

The FLAT ROOF at the back-half of my house needed to be redone, as it had been more than 20 years since last done. Mark of Coverall Roofing (Toronto) was easy to deal with, very professional, kept me in the loop at all times about progress, and their quote was precise and did not change after completion. They were very professional, and my belief is that their work was state-of-the-art. They give the industry standard of a 10-year warranty, though in my experience a good flat roof job should give one 20 years without leaks or issues, and I expect the same from this job. I would highly recommend COVERALL ROOFING to those in the Greater Toronto Area!

George was respectful, polite and knowledgeable. He was prompt in giving an estimate (other companies took 1+ week just to give an estimate), and then was able to fit us in with an opening that came up on short notice. His crew was equally polite and respectful, and they were extremely efficient, finishing the job in half a day. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I highly recommend George and his team - they care about your business, and they care about the job they do.

I needed a roofing contractor to replace my Marley roof with asphalt shingles. As this is not a typical roof replacement job due to the complexity of the tile removal, it was important to select the right people for the job. George and his crew at Coverall Roofing was the perfect choice. In just 4 days, working from sun up to sun down, they completed the work. Moreover, the cleanup was very thorough so much so that you wouldn't know there had been work done on the site. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the work and I would undoubtedly recommend Coverall Roofing.

We just had Coverall Roofing replace our flat and main roof and they did an excellent job! Mark gave us a detailed, precise estimate and began work within a few days of our go-ahead. Both the crew who did the flat roof and the one who replaced the main one showed up on time on the days agreed to and completed the job efficiently. The property was left spotless after each job. The flat roof had four layers that had to be removed before the new one was applied while the main roof was removed, additional venting installed, flashing replaced, and all seams calked. Mark came by the day after completion and showed us pictures of the new roof captured by drone technology. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark or his brother George. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to meet the needs of the client. Great job, guys!

I've been worried about my aging roof since the start of the pandemic and had to get it done this fall, after being off work for a very long time. I have a house with three sections of flat roof and a shingled peak and a garage so I wanted someone who knew flat roofs.

Mark and his crew were amazing! From quote to completion and I paid the exact price he quoted me. He came quickly and gave me an estimate that day, actually went on the roof himself instead of using a drone (which many other companies used). He saw exactly what needed to be done, including the eaves work, and told me what sections were fine. I got 6 different companies to quote and Mark was by far the most accurate (some quoted that sections needed replacing that absolutely didn't need it, every company except Coverall missed or ignored the eaves work.)

Mark communicated well, quoted clearly, arrived when he said he would with a good sized team and they worked HARD all day. My roof had more layers than they expected, and the space they had to work in was quite tight but they managed to complete most of it in a day and came back to clean thoroughly and finish a few things the next morning.
I also researched shingle brands after using IKO on another home which constantly shed granules (apparently this is a common issue with that brand, and many roofers seem to use them) and Coverall uses Landmark and Malarkey which look great and don't shed nearly as much!
