I recently went to CAS to arrange for a new washing machine in exchange for a defective one. The Disputes Resolution department was great about facilitating the exchange with the manufacturer, explaining my options, and advising me on next steps. The sales person in the store made the arrangements for a next-day delivery which was on time and effectively and efficiently connected my new washer. The additional cost was for the extended warranty. After months of dealing with the manufacturer, CAS made it happen. Thanks!

Belyea replaced a part on my boiler that was leaking. Dennis, the repairman, wan courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and had no problem diagnosing the problem and replacing the necessary. Their response time was good and I would definitely use them again.

Luca did a great job installing a new French patio door. He was the only company to make an in-person visit to take measurements and explain what the job would entail. Our house is over 90 years old and nothing is really square so the installation required some fine-tuning to ensure a proper fit but Luca did an excellent job making the adjustments needed. He showed up on time, left the patio spotless and completed the bulk of the work in one day, returning the next day to complete some finishing details. Our wait time for the installation was half the time quoted by other companies. I would highly recommend him.

We just had Coverall Roofing replace our flat and main roof and they did an excellent job! Mark gave us a detailed, precise estimate and began work within a few days of our go-ahead. Both the crew who did the flat roof and the one who replaced the main one showed up on time on the days agreed to and completed the job efficiently. The property was left spotless after each job. The flat roof had four layers that had to be removed before the new one was applied while the main roof was removed, additional venting installed, flashing replaced, and all seams calked. Mark came by the day after completion and showed us pictures of the new roof captured by drone technology. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark or his brother George. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to meet the needs of the client. Great job, guys!

The two gentlemen from the delivery company, LTi Logistics, were excellent! They were efficient and friendly and installed my new washing machine quickly. They certainly knew what they were doing! Great job!

Al, Terry and his crew installed a new combi-boiler in our 85-year old house in December and did a fantastic job! Al was very knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and patient with my many questions. The job was completed on time with minimum clean-up or disruption. Due to the complications of our system and the age of our house, Al came back several times to make necessary adjustments and to ensure proper functioning of the new combi-boiler. He takes great pride in getting things right and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services!

Peter from Sigma did a fantastic job removing knob and tube wiring from parts of our main floor and all of the second floor as well as installing a new panel. Because we were replacing our the old hardwood flooring on the second level, he was able to go through the floors to reach the ground level. As a result there was no damage to our plaster walls. In fact, Peter cut only one hole in the ceiling of the closet where the panel was located to get the wires from the attic to the panel. Peter was not easily put off by the challenges our house presented. He took his time to find the best solution to minimize damage rather than the quickest, easiest one. He and his helper Caz were punctual, dedicated, patient with my endless questions, and extremely hard-working. They began the job promptly and finished it in two weeks. I would not hesitate in recommending Sigma to anyone who needs wiring expertise. I jokingly began referred to Peter as an electrical 'genius' but, in fact, I really think he is! Thanks, Peter, for doing such a great job!

I recently had some carpets cleaned by Toronto Rug Cleaning and was very satisfied with the outcome. Ben was easy to deal with and prompt in both pick-up and delivery, even putting both carpets back in place. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
