Ellie and Moe were fantastic. They were highly responsive before, during and after the work. They gave a fair quote (unlike some vendors), and were patient in explaining what options were available, and what their recommendation would be. For the job itself, they arrived on time, were very polite, efficient but not rushed, and paid attention to the quality of their work. They also ensured the job site was clean afterwards (vacuuming inside, and picking up stray materials outside). I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to call on them again.

There was some mold developing on our bathroom ceiling Shafi came and gave a reasonable quote to replace the ceiling, replace the bathroom fan, and also fix two leaks (one in another bathroom, and another in an outdoor pipe). He was also willing to start the work on short order. He is hardworking, diligent, conscientious, and extremely polite. He left the work area very clean each evening as well. We ended up hiring him for additional work (more than what we had initially called him for), and also recommended him to my parents for some work. I really appreciate the fact that he is willing to take on small as well as big jobs, and has reasonable prices.

George was respectful, polite and knowledgeable. He was prompt in giving an estimate (other companies took 1+ week just to give an estimate), and then was able to fit us in with an opening that came up on short notice. His crew was equally polite and respectful, and they were extremely efficient, finishing the job in half a day. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I highly recommend George and his team - they care about your business, and they care about the job they do.

Adam was very courteous and prompt. I called him on a Sunday morning, and he answered the phone while on the roof (at another job). He said he was busy but to text him pictures for a quote. An hour later, he sent back a very reasonable quote and said he can come in 45 minutes. I accepted and he came on time. He did an excellent job with the gutter cleaning and was very tidy. Very satisfied with his work. His high rating on HomeStars is well deserved.

Anthony and his team did a fantastic job on our front yard. It was a small job, and for that reason, not many were keen to take it on, but Anthony was not only willing to do it, but he did not compromise on the quality. He and his crew came and completed the job in one day. We have received very positive comments on the new appearance of our front yard. Anthony and his crew were also creative in what they did. For instance, they replaced some steps that were broken, but rather than pouring concrete, they created the steps very artistically using natural stones. They also used natural stones turned at 90 degrees to create the capstone for the retaining wall. The end product works very well and looks great. Even the pattern they used for the interlocking pavers is appealing to the eye. Highly recommended, both on the quality of work, and the professionalism of Anthony and his team.

We had our basement waterproofed from the outside. Royal Works had one of the lowest quotes, but the quality of work was superb. I did some reference checks prior to the work, and all came back very positive. The guys who did the work were from Eastern Europe, and for most of them, English was not their first language. However, they were extremely courteous, and always respectful, and somehow, we were always able to communicate without any problems. When they left in the evenings, they left the work at a point that would not cause any problems (one night, during the work period, it rained, but they had sufficiently protected the work they had done to not cause any problems). One more point is worth mentioning. They had to waterproof below my back deck. It was too hard to get underneath, so they cut a few planks from the deck...but they replaced it well enough that it cannot be seen unless you knew and were looking for the cut. A few days after they finished the work, it again rained very hard. I noticed some water had accumulated below the deck, close to the edge of the house. I mentioned it to them, and asked if they can change the grade so that it goes away from the house. Two days later, they had come back and done that - they had removed the planks again, re-graded, and even put in a window well, and then replaced the planks...all at no additional cost. I highly recommend these guys - they are proud of the work they do, and they stand behind the work. And, they were not focused on advertising their work either...most other waterproofing companies will make sure the company sign is planted on your front lawn from before the work starting to well after the work finishes. I think Royal Work had their sign up for one or two days out of a 5 day job. Overall, highly recommended.
