Sean just finished completely renovating our ensuite and main
bathrooms and we are very pleased with the outcome! The designer helped us choose beautiful tile, colours, fixtures and made sure everything was well appointed. Sean made sure that the workmanship of all the trades was held to high standards. When I needed some help with lifting or a small repair outside of the contract he was more than willing to lend a hand without compensation. He pricing is very fair and he will go the distance to make sure you are pleased with his work. We will certainly call him for our next project.

I am a contractor and have used Sean Coffrey for many of my plumbing jobs. He is a friendly guy and works for reasonable rates. All my customers have been satisfied with his work. I have never had a problem working with him.

I use Sean because he does good work. I have used him several times for my rental properties. I repeatedly call him back when necessary. I am busy and know that I can trust him to do the job.

The first time I had Sean come and do a relatively simple job of installing a dishwasher, that was nearly 15 years ago He did it expertly and quickly. I was happy with that job so I have had him come back and do more work over the years.

The job in question was an issue in my basement bedroom. There was a leak which caused water damage and generated mood. Sean's team removed the mold safely, repaired the walls, installed drainage inside the room and then went on to finish the room. It was finished completely carpeting, painting, the whole job. It was excellent work. I have recommended him many times over the years.

I can't remember the cost, but it was reasonable, especially for what was done.

Hired Sean and his awesome team to do a complete main floor overhaul and brand new kitchen. The greatest trait I believe a contractor can have is to be trusted. Sean has that in spades.

My wife and I wouldn't change one aspect of the reno, we absolutely love it. His team was friendly, efficient, and Sean communicated with me almost daily on the status of the job. Sean had the lovely interior designer Catherine Tonon design our kitchen and other aspects of the main floor and we basically gave her our design tastes and let her run with it. Again, we trusted her and she didn't disappoint.

I called the company based on a friend's referral on relatively short notice (my poor planning) because I wanted my downstairs bathroom renovated before me and my husband went on vacation. I told them my short deadline and they were extremely accommodating and friendly towards us. The owner Sean told us that it wouldn't be a problem and the project would done on time exactly how we wanted it.

Boy was he right! Not only was the bathroom completed 1 day ahead of schedule, but the work was immaculate. Not once did I feel that Sean rushed the job, rather everything was just as I imagined it. It looks fantastic, couldn't be happier. Also - there was absolutely no mess on site or anything for me and my husband to clean up. So happy I went with this company, wonderful!

Recently we collaborated with Caffrey Contracting in order to complete a main floor renovation project. Paired with the Designer from Catherine Tonon Interiors we were contracted to provide all aspects of the millwork. The kitchen and built in areas were prepped and ready for our installers on the exact day of installation and Sean treated our installation team with great respect. In many cases contractors do not meet there deadlines but we found that this was never an issue during our process with his company. It was a pleasure to work with Sean Caffrey and we look forward to many projects together again in the future.

I contacted Sean for help when my basement was devastated by a flood. I could not be happier with the work he did. During the time he was here Sean was polite and patient and met every deadline in place during my renovation. We worked with a designer from Catherine Tonon Interiors to create a new bathroom as well during this time. The installation was amazing I am over the moon with the transformation of my space. I would highly recommend Caffrey Contracting to anyone looking to renovate there home. I look forward to working with Sean again on my next renovation
