Condo Cleaning

Terrible quality! Not professional and the owner accuses the customer of not being truthful. Used them for "move in/out" cleaning for a 1+1 condo and the quality of cleaning was just not good enough. Not even sure what they did, and my new tenants were extremely disappointed. Two cleaners showed up with a mop (and nothing else) spent about 2 hours in total, honestly not enough time to do everything on their checklist. When I pointed this out, the owner does not trust me and said they spent 4.5 hours, which is obviously not true as can be proven by my phone record (photo). Would not recommend to anyone.

We understand your frustration with the mold and mildew that was inside the washing machine and we are sorry we were not able to help with that. As we already confirmed, detailing and rejuvenation of appliances is not part of our services that we provide.
We appreciate your feedback and we wanted to confirm that the time allocated to the service that was paid was approximately 3.5 hrs of labour and we did have 2 cleaners on site for almost 2 hrs and 15 min each which equals 4.5 hrs of labour in total. Our cleaners took almost an hour longer as the space needed some extra care and that time was not paid.
Once again we truly appreciate you sharing your feedback as it helps us to learn and improve our services.

Deep clean

Site is super easy to navigate, lots of different cleaning options. I chose deep clean because I have a baby and needed the appliances to have a good clean. They arrived early which was nice! Texted me letting me know they were done, that helped alot because of the little guy. Once I was able to look around I was very happy with the results. Everything nicely folded, dishes were done, nooks and corners were cleaned. I had left magnets put aside for the fridge cleaning and they put them back so nicely. It was just little things like that, were sweet.

They even cleaned our recycle bin which was really nice. There's a checklist that they leave on the counter for you to see what was done, going through it I didn't even think to clean some of the things on there!

I will definitely have a cleaning done again soon. Really helped out a stay at home Mom. It was nice to come home and everything was so neat and tidy.

“Move Out” cleaning of apartment

The team of 3 did an excellent job. This was a cleaning of a relatives apartment after they passed away. Even the forgotten places like window ledges were cleaned. The only service I would have liked in addition and would have been happy to pay for would be a power scrubbing on the kitchen tiles to get at the grout between tiles. That said, the floors were very clean - I think they must have been mopped several times! However, since this was not my home, I dont know what colour the grout is so a power scrub could have been useful.
