Regret hiring this company

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance were left untouched and in a filthy state. They claimed more hours than they could have legitimately worked. The company's service agreement allows for no redress when their commitments aren't met. Best to avoid them at all costs; literally anyone else will do a better job.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service and we apologize if we fell short in cleaning.
Our team reported space not being in average condition and we contacted you to advise we would need extra time as the space will need extra care. Time was approved and our team cleaned the space to the best of their abilities.
We just wanted to clarify that we do take responsibility if we fell short in providing a good quality service. Our policy is 24 hrs service guarantee meaning if there are areas that we missed or didn’t clean properly, we would come back and try to make it right if it’s reported within 24 hrs of the service. That being said we do see that we haven’t received any report after the service was done.
As per our call today, we did ask if you could provide the pictures of missed areas so our Quality team can review them even though it would be more than 24hrs from the service and we haven’t received them. We are truly sorry you didn’t have a good experience with our services and we were ready to step up and review the feedback and help out if needed.

Move in/ Move Out cleN

Toronto

We needed a good deep clean of our rental condo after the previous tenants moved out, so we ordered the MoveIn /MoveOut clean from Maid4Condos.

Their website was great to order exactly what we needed cleaning, and we were able to get service with 24 hours of booking! Dirty stove, dirty fridge, dirty cupboards etc, it all needed to be cleaned.

We were very pleased with Karla and Maritza's cleaning- they spent 3 hours cleaning our 900 sq foot condo. Now that the condo is clean and fresh, we can start the showings! Thankyou Karla and Maritza!

Cleaning service.

I switched my cleaning service to Maid4Condos. I came home one day to a large hole in my hardwood floor. It wasnt there when I left. And nobody other than cleaner went into my condo. I know this because I have smart locks so Im aware when some enters my unit.

I reached out Maid4Condos and here is the response I got:

Thank you kindly for your response.

We have received the feedback from our cleaner regarding Nov 22nd service and she said she does not recall seeing any hole on the floor in the living room while cleaning. Please note that our team is trained to report any pre-existing damage or damage they might caused immediately so we can advise our clients, however we havent received any report on the day of service.

From our own experience, we would recommend hardwood floor repair kit which could help with this type of damage.

Please let us know if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist.

So they clearly take no accountability because one of their cleaners was dishonest. This was very obviously damage done by the cleaner.

I absolutely do not recommend using them.

As soon as we received your report, we reached out to the cleaner for feedback. When we looked into this report the team mentioned not recalling having caused any damage or seeing this damage. That being said we want to make sure we support you on this. Please note that it is hard for us to determine exactly what may or may not caused this damage, however we are at ready to step up and provide you with one hardwood floor repair kit in order to support you and help out with this damage.
We apologize once again for miscommunication and the inconvenience it might caused.
