Terrible quality! Not professional and the owner accuses the customer of not being truthful. Used them for "move in/out" cleaning for a 1+1 condo and the quality of cleaning was just not good enough. Not even sure what they did, and my new tenants were extremely disappointed. Two cleaners showed up with a mop (and nothing else) spent about 2 hours in total, honestly not enough time to do everything on their checklist. When I pointed this out, the owner does not trust me and said they spent 4.5 hours, which is obviously not true as can be proven by my phone record (photo). Would not recommend to anyone.

We understand your frustration with the mold and mildew that was inside the washing machine and we are sorry we were not able to help with that. As we already confirmed, detailing and rejuvenation of appliances is not part of our services that we provide.
We appreciate your feedback and we wanted to confirm that the time allocated to the service that was paid was approximately 3.5 hrs of labour and we did have 2 cleaners on site for almost 2 hrs and 15 min each which equals 4.5 hrs of labour in total. Our cleaners took almost an hour longer as the space needed some extra care and that time was not paid.
