We recently completed a quite extensive renovation with ArcLine Design and Construction, and we're very happy with the results. Bahadur was fantastic to work with. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, managed his subtrades well, and ensured everything was executed to a high standard. We felt confident throughout the project as Bahadur and his team approached each task with practicality.

We'd also like to give special praise to John-Paul, who was a pleasure to work with.

Our renovation included the installation of a NanaWall, some light millwork, a complete overhaul of our basement bathroom, and, most notably, the expansion of our second floor to add a new bedroom and renovate/expand our primary bathroom. Bahadur and his team handled this large scope of work with great communication and attention to our needs.

One of the most important aspects for us was reliability, and Bahadur and his crew always showed up on time as promised - something we greatly appreciated. Darlene was also very helpful and communicative.

Overall, we are thrilled with our experience with ArcLine Design and Construction and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled renovation team. Thank you, Bahadur, Darlene and the rest of the team for your help!

Bahadur, Darlene, Alex & team really did beautiful work on our recently bought house. Although the supply and demand had some waiting time (who can blame them during covid times), they really pulled through and we love it very much! The detail and woodwork was what we envisioned. Lots of communication and headaches back and forth that comes along with renovations, but overall happy with the final product! Going to try to save up more for our basement! These guys are very informative and know what they are doing! Thank you!

Bahadur and his team undertook an extensive basement renovation. They dug down the basement a couple of feet and finished it off with 2 bedrooms, a beautiful three piece bathroom and a laundry room. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for. With any renovation, there will be a couple of unforeseen issues. When those came up, Bahadur explained them to me and offered solutions that would fit in my budget. Bahadur was very easy to work with and offered very good advice on design details that I always took.

I met with Bahadur weekly to discuss progress. The work site was always clean and safe (even when the basement looked like trenches). His team was always friendly and cordial and worked very hard.

Arcline is very easy to communicate with as the scheduling for site visits is done by Darlene, the client representative. She is always pleasant, responsive and problem solves very quickly.

Arc Line renovated our whole house. It was a major reno that was completed on time. Our house post-reno looks beautiful. All of the staff at Arc Line were professional and respectful. We would recommend using Arc Line to anyone.

Arcline helped created a space for me that is both professional and personal, a re-invention of my penthouse. They worked with designers and were very detail conscious. Most of all they handled the project with great respect, creating beauty I can be proud of in my home and work space.

Completely unreliable and unprofessional and disrespectful. Came back to us on several occasions for additional money as said what we asked for wasn't what was quoted for and we paid yet still our project is incomplete. In fact Bahadur damaged property and has yet to replace it. Bahadur told us he was going bankrupt so we paid subtrades directly to finish work and then turns out he isn't going bankrupt anymore. Extremely unreliable and would not recommend this company.

We were new to Condo. Construction but ArcLine wasn't. They assisted thought the entire renovation including full kitchen, 2-full bathrooms, 2 full-bedrooms along with cedar-decking outside and shed. All staff were dedicated, professional, hard-working; worked with Condo-owners well - assisting with suggestions but mindful of owners needs/wants. Bahadur (owner of ArcLine) was involved with every component of process - designing, managing, construction, and cleaning. Excellent communication with owners. Highly recommend company.

We were very pleased with ArcLine’s services! They transformed our unfinished basement into a beautiful 1-bedroom rental suite which we were able to rent out for $1,300 a month even before construction was finished. There were significant electrical and insulation challenges they had to tackle before even beginning the framing, and Bahadur and his team were very knowledgeable about how to handle these things. Dealing with everyone at ArcLine was easy, as they are very organized and clear about everything. You definitely get what you pay for and with ArcLine, that is a project that is on time and on budget, plus the peace of mind that everything is done right.
