First, absolutely no one available to answer a phone call so delay even getting back. Second, exhausted from moving into a new condo unit and really anticipating the break I would receive by reaching out to the company, I ended up with two women who basically listed all the things they wouldn't do-not what they could do. Equipment was absolutely minimal. The unit was barely touched after about 2 hours. To be fair I felt the two women were exhausted to begin with, they seemed overworked by other assignments, and I just didn't have the heart to complain to the company, as I thought the very least, the company could offer follow up by phone as well as more updated cleaning equipment-a feather duster in this day and age-really? Maybe fork the cost of providing a telescopic Swiffer to start?? I also found the women quite negative as if somehow I was to blame for the cleaning they were asked by the company to do. I thought more communication with their cleaning staff might have helped. But in the end, I was the one cleaning the apartment. I used to use Molly Maid all the time but hadn't for years-for any amount of money, a poor attitude, no energy, and an incomplete clean is just simply disappointing. I hope by writing this review I could offer some feedback for badly needed changes by the company.
