Flat Rate Movers

Beware of this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I had put in an order for pick up and delivery of a piano. They stated on the work order that pick up and delivery is between 9 am to 12 pm. They showed up at 2pm to pick up and 2 hours later I followed up and asked where the piano is and they now told me it will be delivered between 6 PM to 9 PM. I told James the owner that is not acceptable and he hung up on me and I have the actual email with the order where it stated 9-12 and he said that was only for pick up. As of now my piano is not delivered and i'm not sure if it will be. So if you want your items to not be delivered please hire this company.

****update. I have finally received the piano at 1 am after I threatened to call the cops ****

Flat Rate Movers helped us move out of a 4 bedroom house with items going to 2 locations in Toronto and the other drop off location in London. All furniture was wrapped and transported in perfect condition. Nice friendly movers with reasonable rates.

For future services it would be more convenient for “Flat Rate Movers” to provide a receipt right away after the transaction, rather than having to send in a request for a receipt to be provided.

The guys from UP Movers arrived on time. I was provided with a quote before the move and given all the details upfront with no
hidden fees. The movers were fast and efficient and moved all items with care. The delivery was stress free also. UP Movers
have the cheapest rates in Ontario.

I hired UP( Flatrate) )Movers a couple of weeks ago to move a very heavy and fragile dining table that I had bought on Kijiji.I was impressed with the professional demeanor of the two strong young men who arrived on time. They efficiently and carefully transported the item to another location and even offered to help me assemble it at no cost. I have since recommended them to friends and will definitely use their services again in the future.

We hired UP Movers to help move some of our stuff. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Great price, I called around to get quotes but UP Movers cheapest in the Toronto Area. They worked very efficiently, and found ways to maneuver furniture as best possible around corners and stairs. They completed the job faster than expected. They were were both professional, cheap, friendly and worked hard. I will be using UP movers again in the future with great cheap moving rates.

I had to move a washing machine from Markham to Milton at short notice. I didn't live at the pick-up or drop-off location so I had to coordinate the schedules of two other people besides myself. Not only were FlatRateMovers punctual, fairly priced and accommodating of my schedule, they also disposed of my old washing machine free of charge. A friendly, efficient service - I highly recommend them.
