This was the worst experience of my life
Almost close to 2 1/2 months - 3 months LATE!
Sent in June, Expected in "7-10 days" then when it didn't arrive in LA when I arrived, they claimed it was an estimation and were having truck problems.
I laid back, one more week went back, they had more excuses. Another week went by, there were promises of a reduced rate (which was only about $150 for inconvenience, that's SO SO MUCH RIGHT)
Another month went by, and i've been living out of my suitcase since I moved to Los Angeles. Rotating the same amount of clothes weekly as I didn't want to invest more money into this move.
More excuses, one after the other.
And another month went by, clearly pissed, but stayed calm as I want my stuff to get there.
Then I got scolded on their end by Melani (Who doesn't work there supposedly and when I went in was told she shouldn't have been dealing with your case)
Finally they outsourced a different company in the END.
and I got my products, my work equipment, my livelihood on Sept 11.
Went back to Toronto in December and went to them to sort things out, they claimed people and management had changed and said they'd take care of it within 2 weeks. After multiple emails, nothing in return and it's almost March 2015.
If you or anyone else you know has been treated unfairly by this company "AbsoluteJokeLines"

Their "Claims" doesn't do anything, this company needs to shut down as they are only frustrating to the soul. And should learn a thing or two about customer service. Before taking on big jobs and possibly treat people like they'd like to be treated themselves. Respect and Honesty go far and they have neither!
