Heat wave - came home from work - AC not working - went to the internet search for repair -- came up with 2 numbers - the 1st one you had to be a member -- the 2nd one was Bluemax - said he could be there in one hour (remember: heat wave - I'm sure I wasn't the only one having a problem). When the service tech arrived -- very professional - smiling, and happy (again, remember: heat wave - this is 7pm - I'm sure he's been at this ALL day). Very quickly diagnosed the problem - (poor service maintenance on behalf of the home owner) though he never came out and said that. AC was working an hour later. Postscript -- he was very surprised that compressor was still working at 95% - as I had literally cooked it. Prognosis - maybe this season - surely next, the AC will most probably fail. As if was, it was a month later – and it was the fan motor not the compressor that failed. I called Bluemax back in – and again, very Professional, smiling, and happy. We decided to replace the unit, as opposed to throwing good money after bad. He noted it was fortunate it was the fan motor and not the compressor as that would have contaminated the existing lines – which after examining would not have to be replaced - $$ saved. Replacement completed in just over 2 hrs (in a sprinkle of rain). AC/Heating problems – call Bluemax – don’t hesitiate.

Rafel came to fix our old furnace, quoted a great price for an upgraded replacement, was very flexible with dates for installation, and was very quick with the installation itself.
