I hired Rafal to do a cleaning and maintenance on my two gas insert fireplaces. It's been several years since last having this done. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. He cleaned the glass on both fireplaces (which had been very cloudy) such that it looked like new. He thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the interior and made sure everything was working properly. He was careful to keep the working area clean - when he left the area was immaculate.
