The installation was completed, the blower motor continually blows as the install wasnt correct. Napoleon won't warranty the damaged parts due to improper installation. The extended warranty for labor and parts was purchased, yet the manager refuses to speak to me and won't fix or re-install properly. Napoleon has told them that they didn't follow the installation properly. I showed Maple Home Services this and the manager still refuses to stans by the warrant for labor and parts.

Installation was performed professionally by his team member, Dave who was very knowledgeable person with high work ethics.

The people at this company are really conscientious. We had our water heater go, and they were meticulous and helpful. With our main gas supplier, it was all pressure, but these guys were great on price and service! I have recommended them to my friends and it was also a positive experience for them.
