Mike and his crew arrived as planned and completed the job with care in a tight space with no surprises. Professional job looks great!

We had an issue with our roof over the Winter. I called Quality First Roofing. They responded immediately and Michael connected with me within the hour. He came by the next day to look at the roof. He went up and took detailed photos and videos. He prepared a quote, as well as a breakdown of the issues. In short, the home builder did everything wrong. You can immediately see it in the photos and videos, and it explained our leak over the winter.

Michael was up front about the pricing and happy to answer all of the questions. I booked the work and they were able to come within a week. He was very up front about the timing and how everything would be done.

His crew rolled in, set up shop, did the work, and were done in one day. They worked 7:30am to 7:30pm and were incredible. The final photos and videos really broke down what they did, the steps they took, and it was clear that this job was done properly. Night and day from the previous builder.

As a whole, this company responds quickly, they are up front and friendly, and they do quality work. Michael is top notch and someone you'll love working with.

Upon discovering an incessant stream of water in my garage, I called Quality for an assessment. Michael determined that the roof sheathing had rotted and that we required commercial grade membrane. The project was scheduled expeditiously. On project day, the team members worked diligently, for almost twelve hours straight. I was kept abreast of the project with pictures, via text message. Upon completion of the project the team demonstrated respect for our property by cleaning entire the work area, which made a profound impact on the experience. I highly recommend this company.

Quality First did a great job replacing the shingles on our roof. Peter came by to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. Mike was very professional to deal with. I mentioned we had shingles flying off due to the high wind and he was able to start the job sooner than expected. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok.

the re-roofing job was carried out efficiently (2 days) and well. The workers were pleasant and hard-working and the new roof looks great (house and garage).

Michael and the crew were professional throughout, and they made it easy on me during this pandemic craziness. I was very impressed with the communication before, during, and after the job--as I've had issues with contractors who don't seem interested in doing the job they're paid for. Not so with Michael and his team! They did a great job fixing up my third-storey roof, making sure that falling shingles didn't end up on the road or in other yards. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards! All in all, very pleased with my new roof!

My roof needed some shingles replaced after a recent wind storm. After contacting them, Michael responded within a few hours and had someone come out to fix my roof within the next hour. Michael and his crew replaced my old roof last fall with a beautiful new white roof. This spring, while having electrical work done, which involved punching a hole in the edge of the new roof to install a new pole, the electrician told me that they had run out of sealant, and wouldn't be able to properly seal the edges around the pole.

A message to Michael to request his help sometime in the next couple of weeks (with rain on the way), resulted in Michael showing up while the electricians were still on site, and my roof neatly and expertly sealed.

I needed some roofing repairs done on a fairly new roof. Raccoons started pulling the shingles back so I had a wildlife company come and fix the issue. Unfortunately the shingles needed to be replaced to complete the job and I knew it would be difficult to find a company to come do a small job.
Mike's crew were doing a job nearby so I walked over and asked if they could help. After their job was done he and a few guys fixed the problem in less than an hour.
Very happy with the quality of work done and the willingness to help on a small job when I know it's their busy season.
