As a first time homebuyer it was very important to me to have someone that was complexly trustworthy, open and honest. Paul was nothing less then perfect. From the initial interaction over the phone to the emails to finally meeting in person, he made me feel comfortable and assured with the process. He ran through every detail of his inspection with me, in deep detail, while I took notes. He made sure I understood all his suggestions and what the possible ramifications could be. Paul came highly recommended to us by my father-in-law. We needed a home inspection the very next morning after the open house so we called Paul. He was able to accommodate our tight schedule. When I showed up to accompany him during the inspection, he was already there. He provided me with a binder that contained all the relevant information about doing the inspection and room for notes. He gave me a thorough walk through of everything he had looked at. He even identified safety hazards that I was completely unaware of thinking about. At the end of the inspection I felt like I was talking to a friend who was looking out for my best interests. He was professional and detailed. Knowledgeable, thorough and great communication. The inspection took about 3.5 hours, Paul took a very in depth approach to all aspects of the inspection, communicating concerns along the way.
