Josh the technician did as much as was possible to explain the issues being addressed. He was both professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. Trust is a big "thing" with me...and it was there "in spades"!

Richard Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the problem, explained it clearly to me and what my best option was for the furnace. He fixed the problem immediately by driving to a supplier to pick up the new part.

Great knowledgeable installers. Work done neatly and clean.
Installer were Jason Bierworth and Robert Duffy.
I highly recommend anybody looking for an excellent rental program check out Roy Inch and Sons for their plan.
I took over another companies rental plan 18 years ago. That water heater being 20 years old was well past its due date. Being proactive I checked into plans. My present company would not replace till leaking plus they would only replace 10 feet of venting which needed replacement as now not meeting code. Inch replaced the total distance which was well beyond 10 feet at no charge. Also their plan replaces heater after 10 years, no cost, and you can continue on plan OR you can buy it for a small cost. The heater is top line and of course 20 years later the fan vent motor is so quiet compared to old one. Check Inch out before going elsewhere.
