Very pleased with the entire process from sales down to the total installation of my new system. Gary Holman was very personable, very knowledgeable and honest. The installation crew was Barry Pett, Pete Perry, Milton Portillo and Dan Holden. They were very professional, approachable made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The install crew really took the time to finish this difficult job and made it look amazing, they were clean on time and left my home in great condition. I am so happy I chose to use Roy inch and sons and would have no problem recommending them to anyone in need.

Thanks to Milton - came out to do my duct cleaning today, but we did have access to the main duct. Milton suggested that we get access so he good do a proper job of cleaning our ducts. While he was here he checked the furnace filter for me and changed it with the filter that we had. Will get my husband to get access to the main duct and reschedule and get Milton back again. The technician from Roy Inch and Sons London was able to quickly evaluate and fix the problem with my furnace. The labour was very reasonably charged as most of the cost was for the replacement parts. He even cleaned the flame sensor as an extra. Fast, professional and affordable.

Furnace was installed about 8 years ago, and didn't really think about maintenance .... until this past week. The furnace would start up and run at different times. The flame would be on one time, and not on the next. Checked the batteries in the thermostat and replaced them, but the furnace was not operating properly. Checked the make of furnace on-line, and below the listing for the furnace, Roy Inch and Sons was the first one listed. Called and set up an appointment the very next day. Jason Kobal, the technician arrived on time, and went to work. He was very professional and was done in about an hour. He took the time to explain what was done, and gave us some handy tips for maintenance. We have no hesitation recommending Roy Inch and Sons.

My furnace was tripped out due to a short in wiring. This company responded very quickly. Jason Kobal was the service technician. He was very personable and professional. He corrected the problem very quickly. Since the age of my furnace was 21 years and beyond normal life expectancy, he also did a thorough inspection of the heat exchanger and filter system, and found everything was OK. I would definitely use this company again, and also plan on getting a quote from them on a new furnace and air conditioners sometime in the future.

I was very satisfied with the expertise of the plumber who came to install my sewage pump. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. He completed the job in less time than I had anticipated. He left everything neat and tidy as he found it. He actually saved me a little money by recommending the Plus Agreement. He was polite and knowledgeable about his work.

I actually won a free duct cleaning through a radio program which was a pleasant surprise and the technician that was sent over was Milton. I have never had a more courteous and pleasant person do work in our home. He explained exactly what he was going to do and was extremely clean and efficient. I would recommend this service to anyone who hasn't had the ducts cleaned because what came out of our ducts was kind of shocking, thanks a bunch.

I had Barry Pett and Jeremy Edmonstone install a new furnace for me, they were amazing, it was a very pleasant experience everyone I dealt with at roy inch was very personable and professional including the salesman Steve Gilbert. Barry and Jeremy found a problem with my old water heater and got me a brand new rental water heater and installed it that day. I would have no problem recommending Roy inch and sons to my family or friends.
