Brendan was very efficient and helpful, as my husband used to do small things like changing the filter. Brendan also checked all of the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. My only issue is the furnace is now making a loud rattling sound - maybe filter didn't get put back in properly????

Jesse came by today to do routine service on the furnace. Polite, efficient and professional service. He figured out why the furnace was having trouble igniting on the first try. Happy with the service.

Dylan was very personable and did a great job of explaining our service options going forward. He looked great in his Christmas sweater. As always, we were very pleased with the service call by Roy Inch & Sons.

As usual, the team called just prior to arriving. They arrived within 15 minutes of appointment time. Krys, Dan & Tim (Co-op student) were polite and professional. They rolled out the "red carpet" and left the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Krys explained to billing. The job was complete within the time frame given. We have used Roy Inch Service Experts for many years. The service our A/C and boiler system. Very satisfied with the the Company and recommend them.

Jesse was one of the most pleasant and thorough people we have dealt with. He explained all that he did and what we should be doing going forward. Send him back anytime to do this job.

Our service Tech., Jesse was excellent. He arrived at the confirmed appointment time. He was very thorough in performing the work and explained his findings to me as he progressed with the work. The Techs at Roy Inch have never tried to sell me products or services that I did not want or need. Very honest and straight forward in their assessment of our equipment. Have used them for the last four years for Heat and AC and completely satisfied.
Booties to keep floors and carpets clean a nice touch.

I had an old tankless water heater removed and a new one from Roy Inch & Sons installed to-day. Duffy and Matt were the service technicians. I am pleased to say they arrived on time, were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the product they were to install. They were very tidy throughout the process having placed floor protectors throughout the traffic area and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
In addition they gave me complete information on the function of the new machine. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the entire installation. Highly recommend both individuals.

We had a water heater installed 2 days a go by Luke, Dan F and Nate. They did a great job, very clean and efficient. They clearly explained everything we needed to know about the installation and the heater.
We would recommend Roy Inch & Sons every time.
