Clean and professional. Jason explained the service and was very cordial. Left the work space clean and as it was before his arrival. Was on time and phoned ahead to ensure all was still good to go.

Jason was punctual and very professional. He was thorough and appeared to give honest advice. I would be comfortable with having him work on any plumbing project in my home.

I have not used RoyInch services for 3 years now since my last tuneup when the furnace STOPPED a few days later after the tech was here. Roy Inch fixed the problem at NO COST but I lost my Faith in them.
Thought I would give another chance.
So just had another Furnace tuneup ... and we shall see.
The tech .. Dylan Simpson was just a GREAT guy .. polite ... and did a GREAT job ... I am NOW back in the RoyInch family and probably will buy my next furnace /air off these folks .. They stepped their game up ....

CALL FOR HELP AND WITHIN 1 HOUR I HAD JASON BIERWORTH AT THE OFFICE AND HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING OF WHAT HE FOUND AND THE WATER LEAK WAS THE WATER HEATER AND HE HAD REPLACED BY THE END OF THE DAY AND NO MESS AND DID NOT LET THE DOG OUT. THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HERE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

What a wonderful experience that we had with Roy Inch Service Experts when our furnace refused to come on a few weeks ago. From the receptionist who first took our call about the furnace not working, to the technician (Richard Scott) who came and told us that it couldn't be repaired, to Adam Glazer coming out to explain our options was a mere 4-5 hours. Adam took our information, and scheduled the install for 2 days following. Barry Pett and Pete Perry came the very next day, though, to get an early start on the install. A MAJOR flaw with our water heater was noted, and decisions needed to be made again. That's what happens when things are 27 years old! in a word, Barry's concern for our safety was evident, and we decided to rent a water heater through Roy Inch, rather than stay with the current company. This will be easy since now both furnace and water heater can be serviced at the same time. On the install day, Barry and Pete were professional, expert, and always letting us know what was going on. The water heater installer (and I don't have his name), did his work quickly. The company then took the water heater back to the company that currently owned it. When there was an issue, John in the office cheerfully took care of it. Not having to return the equipment ourselves was a real relief.
Today, we had Milton and Andy in to clean the ducts. Again, there was a phone call to arrange to come in early and their efficiency and knowledge came through loud and clear. Their attention to detail was noted and they even answered a question that my husband had about the furnace installation.

In summary, I found every single representative of Roy Inch to be friendly and efficient. I feel that they appreciate my business, and the feeling is reciprocal! Well done!

Dan Holden #215 came to do the job. He was competent and did the job efficiently. Good clean up. A pleasure to have someone like this do the job. Arrived on time as promised. I would certainly use this service again.

Roy Inch & Sons has been great for ever since we installed our complete HVAC system with them. Their service is courteous and professional. They're pricey, but it pays back in a reliable and high quality system with no issues

I had an issue with my air conditioner capacitor. Craig diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving at my house. He explained all of the work he would preform to my a/c unit. He was professional, efficient and he had my a/c unit running within minutes. I would recommend Roy Inch. I have found their technicians to be knowledgable, efficient and courteous.

Brandon was very, polite , informative and thorough. He explained what he found and offered suggestions for the efficient and safe use of the equipment.
This was my first experience with Roy Inch and Sons and I will definitely use this company again.
