Krys Kowalski serviced my air conditioner today and did a very thorough and complete job of checking the hookup in the basement, the air conditioner outside (including taking off the top and cleaning the inside ) and checking the thermostat.

Larry Curts came to do our annual air conditioning maintenance on time as scheduled. He is very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. He and the company never rush to do a job...they just do the job right and won't leave until any questions or concerns you have or answered. No problems as expected and a great company for me and other clients to do business with. That's why I choose them since buying my home. They truly are a service experts company

I called Roy Inch & Sons to replace my furnace and air conditioner. I was able to arrange an appointment in no time with one of their sales persons. When he came he was very professional and offered a very good price for the product/service. I decided to go ahead and the technicians that came were very polite and professional. They listened to all my concerns regarding the installation and they were able to accommodate my needs. I got a multi stage Lennox furnace and AC and the whole family is very happy with it. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I would strongly recommend Roy Inch & Sons for anyone who needs heating and air conditioning service.

Brandon and Darcy came to provide annual maintenance for furnace and a/c on May 16, 2017. Very professional; did not rush; thoroughly explained what had been completed; scheduled for next year before leaving. Plus, I was able to purchase a new filter for future use.

We've had both the air conditioner and furnace checked annually since Roy Inch installed both 11 years ago. As usual, there were no problems with this air conditioner checkup, but I very much appreciate Josh's expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Brandon came to perform the annual maintenance on the air conditioner this week. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and didn't rush to get to the next job. This and many other positive reasons are why this company has been our "go to" for many years now. Richard Scott was very competent, friendly, and offered great service for my annual service event. I asked him to help me change my temperature reading to Celsius which he did and explained how to change my settings. I am very happy with the service provided.

Larry Curtis was our technician who came to check out our A/C. He indicated that there was a problem but he would replace the defective part and correct the problem. He was very efficient and worked quickly and fixed the problem. We were very pleased and his service gave us real peace of mind.
