My husband and myself were very pleased with Jesse. During our annual maintenance Jesse found a problem and was able to fix this very quickly. He was very professional and took the time to explain every step of the way. He was very polite. A small thing he did that meant a lot to me was he squatted down to be on my level while I was sitting. Would gladly have Jesse in our home again.

We have enjoyed consistently exceptional service from Roy Inch and Sons over the years, since we moved into our first home in fact in 1983. Krys, the maintenance technician on this call, did a superb job - he was on time, very professional, got the air conditioner ready for summer, and checked the humidifier on the furnace which I asked about. Krys answered fully and helpfully the standard questions I'm sure he hears all the time, and was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to continuing our association with Roy Inch and Sons.

We are pleased with Roy Inch's service of our furnace and air conditioner. We have them in twice a year and their staff is professional, neat and polite. I love that they bring boot covers so they don't get our house dirty when they walk around to do their work.

I have just had my annual service on my AC and furnace and wish to comment on my experience. Jesse from Roy Inch and Sons arrive on time and was very professional in everything he did. When he was finished he took the time to explain everything he had done. I never felt as if he was rushing to leave or that this was no important. I would remain with Roy Inch and Sons in the future because of my experience with Jesse. A job well done.

Jordan from Roy Inch came out to clean our duct work (which hadn’t ever been cleaned to my knowledge). We called, and the next business day we had an appointment! Very fast booking! Jordan called ahead when he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time, which was awesome given we have small children! He was very informative, professional, and was very tidy. We were very happy with the services provided, and will not be using any other company. Thank you!

We were exceptionally pleased with Roy Inch & Sons London. Our technicians Jordan Martens who looked after our duct cleaning & Brandon Inch #218 who provided the maintenance on our air conditioner. They both called prior to there arrival. They were both respectful of our home. They were professional and there workmanship was definitely a 10+. We would highly recommend Roy Inch & Sons London!! As always, the service provided by this company was excellent. My technician, Krys, called in advance to let me know he was on his way (even earlier) and he was courteous, outgoing, friendly and informative. He did above and beyond a "routine" check, also cleaning up the A/C unit outside . He answered all my questions and ensured that I was fully satisfied with the service provided.H even called later that night to ensure A/C was indeed working. (WAS) I am always impressed with the service technicians and service provided by Roy inch and Sons. as a widow, I rely heavily on their service and advice re maintenance and furnace condition - and I am NEVER disappointed.
