My technician, Krys, called in advance to let me know he was on his way (even earlier) and he was courteous, outgoing, friendly and informative. He did above and beyond a "routine" check, also cleaning up the A/C unit outside . He answered all my questions and ensured that I was fully satisfied with the service provided.H even called later that night to ensure A/C was indeed working. (WAS) I am always impressed with the service technicians and service provided by Roy inch and Sons. as a widow, I rely heavily on their service and advice re maintenance and furnace condition - and I am NEVER disappointed.
