As always, the service provided by this company was excellent. My technician, Krys, called in advance to let me know he was on his way (even earlier) and he was courteous, outgoing, friendly and informative. He did above and beyond a "routine" check, also cleaning up the A/C unit outside . He answered all my questions and ensured that I was fully satisfied with the service provided.H even called later that night to ensure A/C was indeed working. (WAS) I am always impressed with the service technicians and service provided by Roy inch and Sons. as a widow, I rely heavily on their service and advice re maintenance and furnace condition - and I am NEVER disappointed.
