The work was well done. The installer was very polite and worked quickly. After seeing the result, we would have preferred an accent colour somehow but that is our own fault for not considering the plain white look.

Extremely happy with experience beginning to end. Salesperson really listened to what I wanted and made beneficial suggestions. Had to wait a bit longer than quoted however worth it! Kathy my installer was great. She explained the product, how things are put together and was very personable. Kathy engaged me when needed to determine final rod heights etc. Highly recommend! Love my closet within a closet.

My designer Angela Ong was so professional paying great attention to detail and seemed genuinely interested in creating/ensuring the built ins would be exactly what I wanted and they exceeded my expectation. The Installer, Guy, was terrific too very careful and his work is so custom & professional! I would definitely recommend this company; very impressed with every aspect of how they are so efficient. They even confirm appts and install dates by email. Everything and everyone first rate!

From the moment I called Closets by Design I knew I was in good hands. The process was seamless and I was confident that we were going to be in good hands. Hanny was amazing at maximizing the space and allowing for various options to accommodate all of our belongings.
Brenda was excellent and the customer service was impressive. They adapted to all the little adjustments that have to be made on site and most importantly they were quick and keen to follow up to make sure that the work was completed and it was to our satisfaction.

The email communication was too generic and impersonal.
Brenda was great at channelling and redirecting the upset with communication.
The wait was far too LONG!

I didn't get my velvet jewellerydrawer ldue to miscommunication.

I am very happy with this produce. Service was very good. Designer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The closet organizer has made such a difference in our walkin closet. The only downfall was waiting the 6 weeks to have it installed. I guess good things come to those who wait.
