We were really pleased with the initial consultation, Ashley was professional and took the necessary time (most of the day) to come to a solution for our office space.
Although the counter product was not available for the initial installation date, they made a great effort in rebooking and ensuring that we received the correct product.
The most important is the installation day. Kathy and Bev were exceptional. They were friendly, tirelessly hard working, professional and kind. (Good taste in music too...quietly playing in the background). Kathy made sure that the work was completed (even returning the following day for some final touches). They were really warm with our family and had an relatable ease that made us feel confident that all was going well. The end product was spectacular. Kathy was really sincere about how our "vision" resulted in a beautiful space. They made us feel special and well cared for.

Pathetic service, delays and more delays and they blame their service provided for one more month delay, half installed, rest of materials left in house and went away !! WORST customer rep insulted when asked about it. Check contract, they will fool you . The installers are good, customer service(paula) are frauds, they will mislead you and fool you. Best go to Toronto region closet by design, they are WAY better.

Fairly descent work. Organization needs better communication with customers; as well internal staff. The quality of the materials is solid.

Large sturdy and well constructed walk-in unit. Provides lots of storage room which was lacking on main floor. Extremely functional and looks professional, certain to add to home's value!

The quality of wood is excellent. They did professional work. Overall, I really like it and it make our bedroom looks awesome.

We live in a small semi-detached home with very limited storage and decided to call Closets by Design to assist us. This was based on previously using their expertise in the downstairs bedroom.
I called and Ashley came to learn what we needed, check out the area where we wanted the storage cupboards and measure and draw plans for building the component parts! She was friendly and professional, answering all my questions and we set up an installation date.
The installers came on time, were also friendly and professional. They did a great job, including making some adjustments because not all the corners in this older home are square! In the end we were very satisfied with both the people and the cupboards! if the need arises, we will certainly call them again!

We had a closet put into an entire room. The team was very helpful with designing the space as well as fitting within our budget. The team that came into install the closet was very nice, professional and quick. They did the job swiftly and left everything tidy. It was a nice, smooth process.

The girls were very courteous and polite. They did a great job, were quick, but very efficient. The closets they did for us look amazing and is exactly what we asked for. I would highly recommend both of the ladies and this company.
