I worked with Golden Brick on a home construction project and the result was a beautiful home. The project ran during covid times and we ran into challenges with supply shortage and delays in the district issuing permits. But Bahram is an experienced engineer with great negotiation skills and relations with different entities in the city and the district, and that made the process much smoother. This was a large project and Bahram's calm and professional manner was a great help in the process. I recommend working with this company if you're looking for a builder you can trust.

Golden brick construction built my new home in Burnaby on 2017 and since then I did not have any defects or problems. He follows all the codes and regulations. I am happy with his work.

This man should not be building homes. The framing of our house has been done poorly. The trades that he hires does poor workmanship. We had to repair tiles in our house leaky showers, leaky garage roof, wavie ceiling, crooked windows and much more. Would not recommend buying a home from this builder . We have put $50,000 repairing our new home. He is also with Pacfic home warranty . Worst home warranty protection. Will be no help to you when you claim all your defects. I would recommend reading all the complaints on this company.

Recommend not to buy a home from this bad builder. Also the home warranty company he uses is bad. Pacific Home warranty, recommend you read complaints board website very poor service.
