This man should not be building homes. The framing of our house has been done poorly. The trades that he hires does poor workmanship. We had to repair tiles in our house leaky showers, leaky garage roof, wavie ceiling, crooked windows and much more. Would not recommend buying a home from this builder . We have put $50,000 repairing our new home. He is also with Pacfic home warranty . Worst home warranty protection. Will be no help to you when you claim all your defects. I would recommend reading all the complaints on this company.
