Our pool builder highly recommended Torontario for our landscaping needs around the pool but we also had massive irrigation issues from our backyard all the way to our front year that we needed to fix.

From the beginning Vanessa and Lorinda were a pleasure to work with!! They were professional and understood our needs. That made me feel comfortable to let them lead me in choosing the stonework etc. and the end result is absolutely amazing! We have a beautiful backyard, new sodding, and no more issues with irrigation!

We were put in contact with Torontario through our pool installation company and they worked seamlessly together throughout the entire process. Despite covid restrictions, Torontario was ready to get started with very little notice and worked hard to meet all timelines.

Vanessa and Lorinda were so friendly to deal with. They spent a significant amount of time designing our perfect backyard oasis - listening and accommodating our ideas but guiding us with their expert design visions.

"Uncle" Angelo and his crew are among the hardest workers I have ever seen. Angelo has been doing brick work since he was a boy and his attention to detail and aptitude for building is superb. The crew accomplished what would take other crews weeks to do in a few days due to being such a well-oiled machine! We even received comments from our neighbours regarding how courteous and clean they were- always taking extra time to sweep the street at the end of the days.

Torontario are also experts at meeting city drainage requirements which is so important. Our inspector commented that their design was one of the best he had seen in terms of meeting his checks which really helped us in getting our deposit with the city refunded on a timely basis.

Nothing was too difficult for Torontario - they were able to suggest and get an irrigation system put in for us on a moment's notice and they worked smoothly with our electrician to ensure the wires were trenched and incorporated into their design.

Their carpenter was amazing as well and produced some beautiful privacy screens for us.

We were so pleased with all of their work that we have recommended them to our friends and plan to rebook them ourselves for some additional work we would like done!

Our pool builder strongly recommended Torontario since they are widely recognized as the best in the business. With a project of this size and being my first pool I was a bit nervous but everything came together perfectly. Leading up to the install Vanessa was very accommodating with design tweaks. It was also comforting to know that everyone involved from town permit staff to gas/electrical/builders etc have all known Torontario for decades and have nothing but great things to say about them. In the end the project turned out phenomenal with no hiccups or surprises (and all this done in 4 days). Great work would highly recommend!

Thank you to the entire Torontario team - from start to finish, our backyard project was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Vanessa and Lorinda designed a beautiful pool patio area with our family’s needs in mind. We followed their guidance with regards to all stonework colour for our pool waterfall, coping, patio and steps and are extremely pleased with the result. We selected our patio furniture based on their design suggestions and now have a beautiful, useful patio area. The work crew were professional, efficient, and left the area tidy and safe every evening. They readily accommodated our minor adjustments. We are very pleased with the work Torontario Landscaping completed for us. They were recommended to us by the pool company who installed our pool. The coordination between the pool company and Torontario was seamless.
We met with the owner and his daughter to come up with a hard scape/landscape design that met our needs. Torontario Landscaping were absolutely amazing to work with. From design to build they completely captured our vision and made the process simple. They delivered and finished on time as promised with no problems. The end product looks fantastic and the materials used were second to none.

From start to finish Torontario did an incredible job guiding me with multiple plans and designs. The sales team helped put my vision into a reality! The whole process was very relaxed and not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. And when the team finally came to start the job they were so quick! Don't blink or you might miss it!!!

This is our 2nd job with Torontario- The sister team at Torontario were amazing to deal with from start to finish. The offered amazing customer service and were beyond professional, they were always there with a quick reply and letting me know what was happening - especially with all the delays due to material shortages and bad weather. We cant control the weather but Torontario was able to keep in the loop and we were so happy.

The work is impeccable and absolutely gorgeous. The crew is amazing and very professional.
The customer service with the sales person is horrible. They were booked last April 2020 and did not come until May 17. They had overbooked and our appointment was pushed back. We had asked if we could hire them after the job. We were told no problem and that we could push extra supplies directly from them. This was not the truth and asked about the job. We were told the crew was too expensive and had to 10,000 minimum. I would never deal with a company that makes false promises.
