By chance, I found out that Enbridge is running a rebate on furnace. After consulting with constant home comfort, among research on furnace size, prices, I decided to go with them.
What was a nice about the installer crew was that once he arrived, he also asked me what other things the sales person promised in addition to what was written. There was none but I thought it was considerate due to the fact that every install may have minor details.
The install crew put card board box along the outside as to not to make a mess. To patch holes, they used mixed concrete rather than silicon which I thought is better.
Lastly, I waited 6 month to write this review to ensure all system worked, and I got all of the rebate as promised. Rebate took a really long time.
Overall, I am very satisfied, other than the rebate took so long.
