Very professional service, from original contact to secure supplies and book date for move to final invoice we found working with U Move Me to be a very positive experience. They are professional, courteous, and very capable. Their interaction with us as well as condo building staff was at all times considerate and professional, even had security tell us after the move that they had delt with U Ove Me in the past and they are excellent to work with.

Very professional, cake in and got right to work and put everything where it needed to be. Also very pleasant staff.

I hired You Move Me for a simple move from an apartment to a condo. The drivers arrived on time and were pleasant but somehow in the course of the move they lost a large portion of my personal goods and furniture. After contacting the Head Office of You Move Me, they addressed the issue thoughtfully and thoroughly. It was comforting to see a company live up to their commitments.

They were professional, efficient and friendly. Also, when comparing costs, their rate was reasonable. Everything was delivered and reassembled nicely. Only complaint is that at the end of the day, perhaps due to fatigue and lack of instruction, some boxes were not put in the appropriate locations. I wish we could have rated them 4 3/4 stars instead of 4.

Moved to 2 different rural locations. Matin and Oswin were excellent!! Professional and very efficient!

They moved my mother's belongings from her apartment to a storage container, donated the unwanted stuff to a furniture and got rid of the rest through their agreement with Got Junk. The estimate was done quickly and efficiently, the communication was timely and on point, the movers arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. They even brought coffee to share! A move that I thought would take all day and several trips was done in 4 hours and a single effort. The guys even took out the last bag of trash I had collected after they went down to secure the truck but came back to shake hands and say good by. They made what could have been a stressful day, very easy. Great move, great team, great company.

Moving process was impressive right from the start to finish. ( From getting an estimate, booking, confirm , and completing the move) Every steps of the way was done with great care, professionalism, great energy & positive attitude. Also all 3 movers are a fantastic team. Carlos was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All were incredibly friendly. I couldn’t believe the smiles on their faces when they had a million stairs to climb, dealing with the rain and lugging the furniture up the street which was on a hill to load the truck because parking wasn’t available at pick up location. Wonderful guys.

PS: This move was for 2 bedroom apartment in Toronto into a 3 bedroom home in Oakville.

We were very satisfied with their work. It took longer than estimated and the costs therefore was higher
