I was very pleased with the information meeting. The service was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased have the option of donating furniture to a charity.
The service went downhill from there. The day before the move, the company was on able to make contact with me despite me initiating new contact information with them weeks before. I had to go out of my way to email three individuals before making contact with a person to confirm the move time. The movers were personable, however complained about the "not matching the actual work, how much content we had to move, and implied that we should treat them for dinner after already providing coffee and donuts. Not surprisingly, the move Ito the new place took 1/3 of the time that t did to pack the truck. Some care was taken to ensure that all labelled and colour-coded boxes were placed into the right rooms. However there were a chunk of boxes that were dropped in the wrong zone despite the labels. Some damage occurred on our antique table, and the administrator was gracious to provide a good discount. Invoice was $250 more than quote, even after deciding not to include a packing service fee.
