I hired You Move Me for a simple move from an apartment to a condo. The drivers arrived on time and were pleasant but somehow in the course of the move they lost a large portion of my personal goods and furniture. After contacting the Head Office of You Move Me, they addressed the issue thoughtfully and thoroughly. It was comforting to see a company live up to their commitments.
Simple Move Goes Very Wrong: Do Not Use this Company
I hired You Move Me for a simple move from an apartment to a condo. The drivers arrived on time and were pleasant but somehow in the course of the move they lost a large portion of my personal goods and furniture. When this was discovered the drivers admitted that they did not know what happened to the boxes and they had been asking others in and around the condo (new build) if they had seen my belongings. I filed a full report with You Move Me as they requested and the Company directed to me to replace the lost goods so that they could reimburse me. This has been done with real prudence on my part. The Company now refuses to communicate and has offered to pay less than 10% of the cost of replacing what they lost. Do not use this company!
