An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

He came to our place at the time stipulated, and assessed or dryer machine in a very professional and detailed way. He was able to show and explain to us what the problem was and how the heater element was working perfectly, as opposed to what we were told by other technician. We were truly pleased with his honesty, he spent long time at our home until he figured out the issue. Initial charge was very reasonable I must say, and applied to total repair cost.
