Sherwin was great; he was very responsive and came by quickly to inspect. He provided advice and was able to pinpoint the problem which was actually not with my house. He videotaped the issue which I was able to take to the other home owners to action. He is knowledgeable and very caring to make sure the problem is solved. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him to fix any nasty rodent issue

First off, I would like to point out how prompt and pleasant they are. As I was searching, they were the first to answer. Also, they provided amazing service, very professional.
I had given up on mice control for quite some time, but recently it has been getting out of hand and I decided to have professional help. This company helped me resolve the issue effectively.

My dear neighbour rang my door bell to deliver the bad news of discovering a new hole on my roof which was visible from his bedroom window. I found Sherwin online and he was very responsive online and we quickly made the appointment to come and look at the situation. Sherwin was very experienced, he examined the hole and told me it was a raccoon who was responsible for that hole. He then walked on my roof and went into my attic and saw trace and evidence of raccoon being there. He installed the trap and explained to me how the one way door trap works. Both my husband and I felt fortunate and comforted that Sherwin knew what he was talking about and we felt the situation was under control. Sherwin has been back to repair the hole and he even put a metal mesh on top of the repair to ensure the raccoon will not try again on this weak spot in my roof. The total cost includes intalling and removing the trap; also installing protective wire mesh over all my vents on the roof (8 of them) and repairing my roof. We found the price to be reasonable. We will definitely refer Sherwin's services to anyone we know.

Very friendly and promptly response to the call. Sherwin came over to our house, listened to our problem and inspected everything carefully. A clear plan of attack was explained to us and after we agreed everything was put in action.

Would definitely contact him again in case of a future problem, and also I will refer him to anybody with no hesitation.

Sherwin (owner) was quick to respond to me call for help as I came home to find a skunk in my garage! His experience and knowledge of how to handle the situation without harming the animal or without the skunk spraying was great. Within 10 minutes the skunk move on to find another home to visit in the neighbourhood. Hopefully, this evening guest will not be returning to my home anytime soon!.

I've been having problems with mice for 2 years, I called another company before I knew about SOS and Sherwin. Unfortunately the other company didn't do anything. The mice came back. I wish I had called Sherwin right from the beginning, he solved my problem! Located the entry point, which was not easy to spot, but he found it! He is truly an expert at his job and he knows where and what to look for. I would recommend SOS wildlife to everyone out there. Don't waste your money and time on other companies. They don't do the job, they have amateurs working for them and they take your money and you're stuck with the same problem. If you have any problems with outdoor animals/rodents I highly reccommend Sherwin at SOS. First, he came right on time both days we needed him with a quick turnaround (same day and next day). Second, he was very thorough as diagnosing our issue and it was big challenge in terms of finding out where the animals were coming into our home. He spent alot of time searching for possible avenues. Third he was very honest. We also identified that I had a raccoon issue but he said trapping them would not solve my problem because more would come back and I would just wasting my my money. Fourth, he was very diligent. The first prognosis was abmice issue for which he put in the necessary poisons. But when I realized a couple of days later that there were other issues (squirrels) he came right back and removed them for no extra charge. I strongly recommend Sherwin!

I recently found out that Racoons and Squirrels had been nesting above my front porch for some time. I gave a call to SOS and Sherwin spoke with me. He explained the process, cost and booked an appointment time. He arrived at the promised time and proceeded to explain what he was going to do to complete the job. The Racoons had chewed a considerable amount of wood, pulled my eaves away from the house and left a huge opening. Sherwin was able to enclose the area for me and left a one way door in case an animal was still inside. All of this while he continued to communicate with me the work he was doing. Unfortunately the animals had been here for such a long time the damage was extensive and I will need further work to repair what was done. Sherwin left me feeling confident on the next steps. I can not say enough to praise Sherwin for his work. He was easy to speak with, does what he says he is going to do, gets the job done on time all while communicating everything in advance. A raccoon tore off my vent and got into my attic. I was unable to sleep for a couple of nights due to this pesky animal making a big racket over my bed. I was so distress, so I sent out a SOS, got in touch with Sherwin who was very pleasant and explained what was needed to be done. I got the same day service, which was excellent, professional, friendly and a lot of integrity. This raccoon decided to get out my attic the same evening Sherwin did the job, so it tore open another exit in the soffit of another section trying to get out. I immediately called Sherwin who responded like a true SOS trooper, returned to my home, allowed the raccoon to exit. He then completed the job by replacing the vent cover and repaired my torn soffit and also protected same. Sherwin, I will forever be grateful to you for your prompt and efficient service which has allowed me to get some good night's rest since Thursday, September 8th, 2016.
