Sherwin was great; he was very responsive and came by quickly to inspect. He provided advice and was able to pinpoint the problem which was actually not with my house. He videotaped the issue which I was able to take to the other home owners to action. He is knowledgeable and very caring to make sure the problem is solved. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him to fix any nasty rodent issue
