I've finished my basement with A&R Renovation. Hamid was professional and very discipline on finishing on time. If you want to add extra things make sure to add it before or as early cause he usually has another job after. Hamid did everything that was asked for with a reasonable price. Definitely please with his work. I will be doing another job with him this month. Cost: $25000 total for basement cost. Pics included

My husband and I hired Hamid to move our laundry out of the kitchen to a new room downstairs, and to expand our kitchen into the former laundry area. He did an excellent job, and we're so happy with the end result. With all the renovation horror stories you hear, we were a little nervous about hiring someone, however it turned out beautifully! Hamid was on time every day, finished in exactly the time estimated, and on budget. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy, and accommodated several last-minute requests. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hamid and his work. In fact, we're having him back to renovate the ensuite bathroom in a couple of months!

I called several companies on the HomeStars site but only Hamid responded and made an appointment immediately to come and inspect my basement and give me an estimate. His price was very reasonable and I agreed to use A&R Renovation.
Hamid is extremely professional and personable. Both he and his co-worker were punctual everyday on the job. Hamid went out of his way to explain the process and to ensure that I understood the work that was being done. He answered all my questions. I really appreciated that! I was very pleased with the job done! He even fixed my dryer hose which was damaged from having to move things around after the flood. Over all, I was satisfied with the cost and the work done. A&R Renovations did a fantastic job from start to finish and Hamid was 100% dedicated to keeping the customer happy. We had several requirements and requests that were not the norm when it comes to basement renovations, Hamid completed everything within budget and at the highest quality of workmanship. I would recommend A&R Renovations and they will be my first call if we decide to take on another renovation. As well as being very happy with the finished result, I was also impressed with the work ethic (9:00am start every day without fail), there is nothing worse than wondering if the contractor is going to show today or not.

The kitchen was done beautifully, and done in less time than we expected. Hamid was a really nice guy and stayed in budget. He had some really good ideas that we hadn;t thought of and we are extremely satisfied and would recomed Hamid to everyone!

Hamid was absolutely top-notch in every aspect of our dealings with him. He showed up when he said he would, he stuck to his budget, he did fantastic, quality work, he was extremely easy to get along with and was responsive to our every need and request. I was very impressed with Hamid's workmanship and knowledge. He came on the day he promised. He completed the work quickly and for the quoted price even though he did a few extras at no additional charge. I would definitely use him again for more work
