They replaced the lawns, rebuilt 3 flower and Hosta gardens, put in a new flag stone pathway, installed a zonal irrigation system, and coordinated a new paved driveway with stone border. The process from estimate to install was handled in a professional manner. The crew of three arrived on time and got right to work digging out and removing the grass and clay soil. They took the time to make sure the pattern of stone blocks was laid out. All questions were answered. It took a day to change the yard from a mud pit to usable space. We are very pleased with the install from start to finish.

We re-sodded our entire front and side yard areas. The job took two days and the Instant Lawns crew worked from dawn to dusk the first day to prepare for laying new sod the next. The entire crew was polite, attentive, and respectful. When they inadvertently damaged a neighbours sprinkler head, they had a different crew in the same day to make a repair. They also adjusted some of ours as part of the re- grading completed as part of the project. This is a messy job and they needed to use the street for collecting old sod and dumping fresh top soil: just wish they had done a better job of cleaning the street after the work. As for the new lawn, were very happy and impressed that Lucas (owner) not only took the time to stop by but participated in some of the work. We recommend this company.

The project was to replace a strip of lawn between two driveways and flatten the ground as previously it was more of a mound.

Got a quote that was very competitive. They notified they were coming and were here on time. They did a great job with removing the remnants of our lawn. Dug down and got rid of the roots of the weeds. Raked and leveled and added top soil. Did an outstanding job of preparation for the laying of the sod. They laid the sod and cut to fit all the contours. I am very pleased with the professionalism, very high quality product and, workmanship and highly recommend Instant Lawns to anyone. Thank you.

In preparation to sell our home we contacted Instant Lawns in the fall to repair some grub damage. Jacob advised to wait until the spring and accelerated the job in order to meet our timelines. The Instant Lawns crew showed up ahead of schedule and were in and out very quickly and left behind a great looking lawn - all I had to do was add water!

I am so impressed with the quality of the work done on my lawn. It was meticulous. The guys who worked on my project were hard working, polite and helpful.
