Got a quote that was very competitive. They notified they were coming and were here on time. They did a great job with removing the remnants of our lawn. Dug down and got rid of the roots of the weeds. Raked and leveled and added top soil. Did an outstanding job of preparation for the laying of the sod. They laid the sod and cut to fit all the contours. I am very pleased with the professionalism, very high quality product and, workmanship and highly recommend Instant Lawns to anyone. Thank you.

After years of researching I finally decided to get a metal roof. So many companies, so many methods and styles and products. It is very difficult to find a company that can ensure a good job. After interviews, I decided to use Roof of Steel for my roof and am more than pleased with the results. Their line of products is sufficient to satisfy every customer style and price point. We ended up with a textured slate in Vermont blue. It now looks so much better and does not look like the typical metal roof. Looks just like high end slate. Oh and, don’t forget a very good warranty on the installation and product. To say their installation crews are good is an understatement. The crews are working for the company year round and not seasonal workers that need to be trained. They are meticulous and professional in every aspect. From removing the requisite shingles near the edges, to the ice and water shield to the insulation materials under the shingles. They know the product and can answer even the most obscure questions without hesitation. So nice to deal with real experts. I cannot recommend Roof of Steel highly enough. Had a leak at a previously repaired location inseminating from the edge of a basement window. It had to be fixed from the outside.Mr Foundation sent 2 guys and they dug way down to the footing and drain tile, cleaned out the crack, filled and repaired it. They cleaned all the area around and then ensured there would never be water near the area again. Great job, very clean, very efficient and good workers. Clearly a Company that takes pride in it's work and workers and the end, the result shows that.
