I am very sorry you have had a negative experience with our company. I just took a look on your account, and it does seem that the first voucher you provided did not go through. With the group on vouchers, a lot of customer tend to give us the confirmation number rather than the number on your barcode. I believe that was the case with you as well. We never asked for cash for the service. We simply said that if the Groupon doesn't go through, we would need to get compensated for the work that we completed in another fashion.
