They damaged my eavestrough while cleaning it by dragging a ladder along the surface causing numerous scrapes and dents. After a month of trying to get a response from them, they refused to accept any responsibility, insisting that it is the way they perform their work.

Really, really poor attitude. Save yourself aggravation and don't use them.
