Very poor customer service/unprofessional
I hate to do this review and give them a bad rap but they left me no choice. I gave them another chance before I posted this review, I reached out again to them directly but to no avail.
It took 3 years to finish my pool after numerous begging to complete it. Patiently waited 3 years for them to finish my pool and here I am into 4th year still having issues with them. Never received my safety cover after promising me so many times that they will come and install it. Never fix the wrinkles in the pool liner that Ive been complaining since day 1 it was completed. And now having issues with the pool heater. Never heard from them anymore since last year after they promised they will install the safety cover at the end of the season.
Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. Had a very bad experience with them. Full of broken promises and always making excuses. Horrible in returning calls and replying to emails and text messages. Stay away from this company. Ive been cordial and patient with them the whole process but they took advantage of it. Mistreated me terribly and I was stressed out throughout this whole ordeal.
