very honesty and transparent customer service. ordered bin for a reno at $350. was aware that there are overage charges for heavier items (i included bricks when i knew this may increase weight, my bad), and any overfill. i knew from the start my charges would possibly increase but I respect that the company was upfront and transparent about it. most companies don’t warn you ahead of time so i appreciate their honesty
