Had another bin company cancel on us because there truck broke down but cannot complain about that stuff happens and we had a crew ready to load renovation waste we has sitting outside they were the first people we found on kijiji and has the bin there in less than a hour. We had the bin filled in 2 hours aswell luckily we did not get a 14 yard like we were about to orginally as we had alot more waste.

The guy I regularly deal with was not available so I found Metro East Disposal ad on Kijiji and called them because I needed a bin the following day. He promised to have the bin by 8am but the bin did not arrive until 11:30am.

Secondly, after dumping, he'll tell you there is $ X amount you owe for overage with no proof. Remember, I have been in this business for years and his "overage charge" was ridiculous. When asked for the proof of dumping, he got aggressive and angry. This is the last time I'll be using him.

Finally, do not give him your credit card information. He will charge your card for overage without your consent or sending you an invoice. If you do a google search, you can see for yourself how many unsatisfied (screwed over) customers are there.

About me: I'm a general contractor with a few guys on my team. We do renovations regularly and I know how much roughly it would cost to dump a bin.

I do not wish this type of business transaction upon anyone. No one should go through the same unethical issue I had experienced.

Far from being honest and transparent. They actually entice you in by boasting how they aren't dishonest like other companies, when they are the worst offenders. Ordered bin for a reno at $350. Was aware that there are overage charges for heavier items (I DID NOT INCLUDE HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS BRICKS), and any overfill. This is a pretty standard agreement, one I was familiar with as this was my 3rd bin I had rented from a company. I was not anticipating that my weight would be 3x the weight I just had from a previous bin. Then the neverending midnight phone calls from various fake phone numbers began. When I inquired as to receiving both a dump receipt as well as a debit receipt to match the dump receipt I was met with hostility and never received a receipt. All other companies I have worked with have provided me with an official receipt from the dump station and I have been able to verify its legitimacy by calling and confirming with the dump station.

This is their business. Luring you in by being "cheap and honest." Later overcharging your credit card by exuberant amounts. IF you notice and follow up then you will not receive a dump receipt and debit receipt from the dump. Basic accountability. They are hoping customers are NAIVE ENOUGH to not know how much a bin weighs and they are hoping you don't question them and ask for a receipt. Otherwise their whole scheme FALLS APART.

I was dealing with the company only once - in July of 2019.
Absolute worst company ever. Very unprofessional and rude!
1-Bin was supposed to arrive on Thursday morning, it arrived on Thursday afternoon after several phone calls.
2- When speaking to the owner I was VERY specific about which bin I requested. I ordered a smaller bin and they provided a larger one which they charged me for.
They tell you one price and charge you another (much higher). They charged $925 and said that $300 is a deposit for a bin. They failed to give me any sort of receipt for over a month of asking for it almost everyday and never returned the deposit. I never got the invoice or receipt that they promised to send me the next day.
It happened in July last year (2019). This year (2020) in April I discovered an unauthorised charge of $904 on my credit card from this company even though I have not used their services again.
A very dishonest company. These people cannot be trusted whatsoever.

These people will rip you off. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I ordered 14 yard they brought me 10. Plus over charging. These people cannot be trusted whatsoever. Be careful

Same happed to my like previous customer,
They gave me the best quote but ended up ripping me off. bin wan't on time, they promised to me switched bin and they never did, they pick when they wanted.
Charged me big amount more than quote in garbage bin 14yards disposal and after the charged more in my credit card .
No explanation no proof of weight until I pushed to them by my credit card company and still they didn't send me total bill, just dump bill after more them a week. - no reply to emails and can't reach them by phone. Rude ,RUDE people who run this business and they will rip you off!! Do not deal with them!!

1- bin was supposed to be delivered on Friday called many times and it was on their way. It never came.
2-Bin was then supposed to arrive Saturday morning it arrived Saturday afternoon after several phone calls.
2b- I ordered a small bin and they provided a larger bin which they tried to charge me for.
3- Bin was supposed to be picked up on Monday morning. I kept calling them and they kept making
excuses. I explained to them that it has to be picked up that day because the garbage trucks
needed to get through on Tuesday morning.
4- bin was not picked up until Tuesday afternoon.
5. Correct amount was Bill to my Visa the first time then about a week later they took out $45 without my consent.
6- kept calling them and they would not return my calls or you tell me his son would call me but they never did. I also sent text messages which they did
not respond to.
7- I went online and looked at reviews and it was then that I realized that they were A very dishonest company. There was so many reviews online that look like mine word-for-word. I will never deal with this company again and I will make sure that all my acquaintances and friends know their name and to stay away from them.

Bin was late, driver was rude and impatient. We waited a few days for pick up. Driver keeps saying he is on the way and never shows up. Project behind schedule because we couldn't off load materials due to bin in driveway. Beware. Very unprofessional.
