My east end house was built easy for raccoon to get in. I had raccoon issue in the spring. He not only get rid of the raccoon, also installed screen to prevent from coming in for years. No matter how hard or dirty the job is, he can always take care of it with reasonable price.
Trustable and reliable. I just regret find him too late.
