Terrible experience. If you are doing any high end projects, that require detailed templating or using porcelain, these are not the fabricators to execute.
They did a terrible job on my project that was not “fixable” and when I asked for a refund, they gave me a run around and never ultimately owned up to it. I am 8k (my deposit) out of pocket and ended up hiring another company to rip out their work and get it processionally done. I have all the deficiencies documented. APR sourced and fabricated quartzite countertops for my kitchen remodel in February 2018. The service provided by Pina and Frank is beyond exceptional, from calling around to price out materials to installation. My kitchen has an unusual countertop configuration and they worked hard to find a slab and layout that allowed them to cut all pieces from a single slab, thus reducing my costs. They fixed a cutting error promptly and are even helping me remove a recent cooking stain! We could not be happier with out countertop, or APR!

This company was recommended by my sister-in-law and from the moment I contacted Pina I found her to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Both Pina and Frank helped with the material selection and showed us some of their projects so we could see the finished work. Their services were exceptional and professional from the start of the project when Frank came to take measurements to the end of the project when the installers came to install the counters.
We were very happy with the exceptional quality of their work and would use them again on our next project. It was definitely a win-win collaboration. HATS OFF TO APR!!! Vivien and Martin

APR Marble and Granite are true professionals, prompt and very knowledgeable. Pina is amazing at listening to your wants and needs and finding you the perfect look for your home. They have wonderful installers very friendly and professional. I would recommend them and continue to use them. Service was prompt and materials were as promised. Frank and Pina truly care for there customers. Amazing company to use to Renovate the look of your home!!

I was referred to this company for a granite counter installation. As the install, they did not use any clips to install my undermount sink.

When I questioned them, they advised that the silicone would hold without failing. A few months, the sink dropped from the counter. For months I have been contacting Frank from APR to get it corrected, but they have never contacted me back.

Would absolutely recommend to go elsewhere. It seems that once they get paid, they is not after care for any customers.

UPDATE: (was away for a little bit and unable to update)

They did arrive on Monday (the first weekday after I contacted them on the weekend) and corrected the issue. The original caulking did not fully adhere to the sink (as explained by Frank - it may have been some oil from the manufacturing of the sink that was not fully cleaned) and it was clear that there was NO bond between the counter, silicone and sink from the original install at some portion of the sink lip).

The correction seems to be ok, but I suspect only time will tell how well it holds up.

One additional note, I was quite persistent about installing clips, however Frank advised that they do not install any clips onto granite counters as the weight from the sink may crack the granite around the screw holes.

A little more communication from the company would have them with 5 stars, but other than that, great.

I am a designer in the GTA. My designs are only as good as the skilled craftsmen I use to bring them to life.
I have worked with APR Marble and Granite on the last few projects and found them to return calls promptly, do a professional job, install on time and have wonderful installers.
They are both friendly and professional.
I would recommend them and will continue to use them.

APR marble & Granite came recommended to me from a friend after I explained to her I had to settle with a man made product for my new kitchen counter due to the high estimates I given from other fabricators. She advised I give APR marble & Granite a try before I give up on my dream of natural stone counter top. I decided to go into the APR Marble & Granite office in person. The first person I met was Pina. Pina listened to me and took me to the back work shop to look at different natural stones and said she would try her best to find me a stone I was both happy with, and within my budget. Well... Pina stayed true to her promise, and not only was I able to finish my kitchen in natural Damascus white quartzite, I was also able to use the same material for my backsplash as well. I want to thank APR Marble & Granite for helping me achieve my dream kitchen !!

This was the first time I worked with stone counter tops so I didn't really know what I needed to look at when it comes to the final product. Make sure the sides are connected/glued properly. Make sure the stones do not have cracks in them.
Forget that Frank the owner of APR Marble and Granite has no customer service skills and takes FOREVER to complete the job. He also doesn't return calls or messages so you don't even know if your product is actually coming on the day it's supposed to. Which it didn't. When it did come - the mitering would have been nice if you didn't see the glue used to do it. So it was gross.
My counter in the kitchen wasn't cut for my insert cook top which Frank measured for so my cook top looks like complete crap and I need to get it fixed and when I told Frank about it he kept ignoring my calls because he knew he had to replace the entire counter.
